Volume Discounts 

Luminet offers Volume Discounts to qualified clients based on the commitment of the total number of hours of services to be performed:

250 -    499 hours:  15%

100 -    249 hours:  10%

 

Block Prepayment Discounts

  Luminet offers a 10% discount to all customers who purchase blocks of 100 hours.

 

 

Minimum Billing Time

        On Site:  4 Hour minimum without Support Agreement

                      2 Hour minimum with Support Agreement

 

        Off Site: 15 minutes with support agreement

                      30 minutes without support agreement

 

Travel Time: Travel time is waived for on site calls when the total billing exceeds 6 hours or more in a single day (Central Ohio only).
